PAYMENT
Weekly or fortnightly bookings : A non-refundable deposit of £100
is payable at the time of booking the remaining balance to be
paid five weeks prior to arrival. If a booking date is less than
five weeks from rental date the full amount is payable on booking.
Shorter breaks of four nights or less : full non refundable payment
is required.
RENTAL
PERIOD
The rental period is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am
on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been agreed
with the proprietors.
The latest check-in time on arrival day is 10.00pm.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Weekly / Fortnightly bookings : should you wish to cancel your
booking please advise by email or in writing. Bookings cancelled
less than six weeks prior to your arrival will forfeit the non-refundable
deposit paid on booking.
For
cancellations made within four weeks or less of your arrival we
will make every effort to re-let the property and should we succeed
in doing so then we will refund the balance paid, less any costs
associated with the re-letting of the property e.g agents fees
or commissions etc. If the property is not re-let, no refund will
be payable.
No refund will be offered on cancellation of bookings of four
nights or less.
If
we, the accommodation providers, are prevented, because of circumstances
outside our control, from putting the accommodation at the disposal
of the hirer on the starting date the following shall apply:
If another property other than the one booked of the same size
or larger is available the booking shall be transferred to it.
If no other property is available the full payment of accommodation
will be refunded. In either case the hirer will have no further
claim against the owners.
INSURANCE
The owners insure their own property against fire and theft and
will not, in any circumstances, be held liable for any loss or
damage to residents property. Holidaymakers are advised to take
out their own holiday insurance covering loss of baggage, personal
effects and cancellation.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome provided they respect the property and its
contents.
PETS
(By arrangement)
Pets are only allowed in public areas and under no circumstances
be allowed to enter any bedrooms. Animals must be towelled off
if wet before being allowed into the property. Owners must ensure
that animals do not foul the garden areas or that the area is
left clean on departure.
