The Outer Hebrides lie 40 miles off the west coast of Scotland and is one of the last wilderness areas of the United Kingdom. Providing a feast to the senses, the Hebridean air and its rolling backgrounds are a pleasure to all who experience this land of beautiful white sandy beaches, machair and mountains. The culture of the area on the bedrock of the Gaelic language, holds the visitor in perpetual wonder and the ease of travelling to and through these islands comes as a great surprise to many.
